Use a normally open dry contact or open-collector sink per channel. Connect a separately sized supply; select fail-safe or fail-secure behavior for each attached lock.
A suitable smart controller can expose supported functions to Matter. The control type alone does not confirm electrical compatibility or actual position feedback.
