Compatibility & installation requirements
Matter: Compatible Matter controller and Thread Border Router.
Migration: Use HomeControl to migrate an eligible lamp from Zigbee to Matter. Confirm firmware and hardware batch before purchase.
After Matter migration, EGLO remotes and other EGLO accessories no longer control the lamp. The exact SKU has a CSA Matter certificate with Thread. Retail units require migration from Zigbee to Matter over Thread in HomeControl; confirm firmware and batch eligibility.
