CSA and DCL identify the IT850 wireless thermostat as the native Matter-over-Thread endpoint. The manufacturer describes the bundled boiler receiver as a Thread Border Router.

- Keep the kit as one catalog product; do not manufacture a second sellable endpoint card from the receiver's software certificate.
- IT850 is the exact DCL part number; IT850-HABI appears in the manufacturer manual filename.
- Keep the thermostat and its included receiver as one kit. The receiver software certificate is not a separate device addition.
